All sales are final, and I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please double-check all personalization details, including names, spellings, sizes, and other information, before submitting your order. I create each item using the information provided at checkout, so I cannot be responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary depending on the item ordered and the number of orders ahead of yours. All orders begin with a 5-business-day turnaround time, but some items may take longer. I truly appreciate your patience while I create each order with care!
Rush Orders
Need your order a little sooner? A $12 rush fee per item is available to move your order to the top of my production list. Rush orders are subject to availability, so please reach out before ordering to make sure your requested timeframe can be accommodated.
Shipping
Shipping is always FREE! No additional shipping fees will be added to your order.
